Eternal Tower

Tower floors, bonus attempts, Sweeps and key bundles.

Basics

The Eternal Tower unlocks after chapter 2 and is always open and free to play. Its 168 floors are played in sets of 4 (Floor 1-4, Floor 5-8 and so on, up to Max Floor 168). Clearing a set for the first time pays gold, gems and chest keys.

The tower also gates the campaign: from chapter 3 on, each chapter needs a floor set cleared, and the chapter’s lock tells you which one. Chapter 10, for example, needs Floor 25-28. See Campaign.

Bonus attempts

Max Floor runs, Replays of lower floors and Sweeps use one attempt each, win or lose, and so does any other defeat where you collected gold or gems. Attempts pay on a sliding scale that resets at 00:00 UTC:

Attempt of the day Gold and gems
1 to 4 (bonus attempts) ×1.75
5 to 16 ×0.8
17 to 20 ×0.05
21 and later ×0.003

Before you clear chapter 8, attempts after the fourth pay ×1 instead of less. The four bonus attempts are the ones worth doing every day. Winning a new floor never uses one, so try your next floor first; before Floor 137, Sweeps are how you spend them.

Sweep

A Sweep instantly repeats a tower floor you already cleared and pays its rewards.

Replay

Once you have cleared Floor 137, a Replay button appears. Use its arrows to pick one of up to 10 of your latest cleared floor sets, from Floor 137 up, and play it again. Replays use attempts like any other tower run.

Floors above 140 are as hard as chapters 36 to 42 and pay more for each set. In the late game, the best floor to farm is the highest set you can clear quickly.

Key bundles

From Floor 137 up, every 2 Replay or Sweep wins pay a key bundle worth about 2 Legendary Chest Keys, growing with the floor. Only the first 4 wins each day count, so you can earn at most 2 bundles a day.
